can credit her pastry's toothsome flavors, décor and wow factors to her twin brother, her father and her roots of KingstonJamaica.

MEET PASTRY CHEF K.J.

K.J's baking career started when she baked and sold Oreo Cheesecake cookies in high school. In college, K.J majored in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management at Coastal Georgia in Brunswick, GA. The hustle continued as she held EVERY position in the restaurant and competed in SEVERAL cooking competitions.

Food & Pastry Competitions: Shrimp and Grits Festival, Brunswick Stew Festival, Food and Wine Festival.

Becoming master at cake decorating and finding her niche in drip cakes continues to fuel K.J's passion for specializing unique pastries for each customer. 

K.J says, "Everything that I produce “is not your regular” because there is always a tweak of some sort in my desserts. For example, one of my newest recipes is my “Not your regular” Peach Cobbler pound cake and it’s also one of my top sellers."
